Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This timeframe allows you to carefully check your order and ensure that it meets your expectations. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept return requests.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means it should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return. You will also need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at rawaa.onlinestores@gmail.com with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All approved returns must be sent to the following address: A-1/75 B Rizwan Society Near Safoora, Karachi, Pakistan. Please ensure that the package is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damages and Issues

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Providing clear details and, if possible, photographic evidence will help us process your request faster and more efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items like beauty products. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we encourage you to contact us before making a request.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All purchases made during promotions or discounts are considered final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product following our return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the product you want.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. To qualify, the item must still be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
